Terms and Conditions

1. Delivery of Orders
If you order an item that is in stock before 1pm on any business day (Mon-Fri) we guarantee it will be sent out the same business day. This means that your order should be with you in less than 24 hours. This excludes Weekends, Public Holidays and Bank Holidays.
Goods dispatched in the UK are normally dispatched by our courier using their NEXT DAY delivery service. We aim to deliver goods to you within the time indicated by us. In the event there is an issue with your delivery or a mistake in the stock levels indicated, we will advise you of a new delivery date, or an alternative where applicable. We also may deliver some goods in several consignments but will not charge any extra delivery for this. We will inform you by email when goods have been dispatched and when you can expect delivery. We would urge you inspect the parcel on delivery to ensure that it has not been damaged in transit and refer you to the terms and conditions of our courier. Please note that damaged or missing items should be reported within 24 hours to sales@soundmusic products.co.uk or by phoning 01757 289786. In the event of an attempted delivery by our courier in most circumstances a card will be left with your reference number and a number to arrange an alternative delivery time. We reserve the right to refuse all or part of an order. All purchases are subject to availability.

 

  • Delivery to an alternative Address

Orders to an alternative delivery address can be processed if the customer has been authenticated using 3D authentication (i.e. Verified by Visa, Mastercard, Meastro). SOUND MUSIC PRODUCTS reserve the right to deliver only to the cardholder's billing address.

2. Warranty
All goods are supplied with a 12 month manufacturers' warranty unless specified otherwise. All pre owned items carry a 90 day warranty.

3. Prices and Payment
All credit and debit card processing is encrypted and handled securely by HSBC Secure e payments. We do not see your card details at any time.

5. Privacy Policy
SOUND MUSIC PRODUCTS does not disclose buyers' information to any third parties. We take customers' privacy and confidentiality very seriously.

6. Returns Policy
If you change your mind, you can return your purchase in its original condition within 7 days to us for a full refund (minus the carriage). In the unlikely event that you have to return any goods, in the first instance please email sales@soundmusicproducts.co.uk or phone 01757 289786. Your email should state your full name and address, your telephone number, the HSBC secure e payments Transaction ID and full details of any issue(s). This ensures that we both have a record of events. We will respond to your email usually by return and do our best to resolve any problems. If any item has been damaged in transit, it will be replaced at no cost to you. If any item needs to be returned, we will give you clear instructions and, should we agree, replace the item without any further cost to you.

7. Damaged Goods
First of all, don't worry! All our orders are pre-checked and are well packaged before dispatch (like you, we don't want items turning up marked and damaged). However, if items do turn up damaged, we will collect the items from you and replace the goods with no cost to you. Alternatively, we will refund your order in full if the goods are no longer available. Just call 01757 289786 to arrange. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for damages reported after 24 hrs of receipt.

8. Cancellation
Consumers have a right to cancel any transaction without reason within seven days of contract. . To cancel any order, in the first instance email sale@soundmusicproducts.co.uk. Your email should state your full name and address, your telephone number, the HSBC Transaction ID and request a cancellation. If no goods have been delivered, we will confirm receipt of your cancellation and make an immediate full refund. If any goods have already been delivered, we will confirm receipt of your email and ask you to return the goods.
Do not return any goods until we ask you. All goods returned must be in original sealed, unused and undamaged condition. All costs incurred with the return of goods will be the responsibility of the original purchaser.
As soon as we receive the goods and are satisfied that they are in original sealed, unused and undamaged condition we will make a full refund. If goods are returned after the packaging has been opened, or after the goods have been used, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee. Cancellation of orders by trade customers is at the discretion of SOUND MUSIC PRODUCTS.

9. Amendments
SOUND MUSIC PRODUCTS may revise these terms and conditions at any time by updating this page. Entering our website constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions. You are therefore advised to check these terms and conditions periodically.
